Terms of Use
Scope
These terms govern the use of the Mondolini platform (mondolini.ch), operated by KloudShift GmbH, Switzerland. By using Mondolini you agree to these terms.
Registration
You must create an account and provide accurate information to use Mondolini. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each person may only maintain one account.
Listings
You may only list children's items that you own and are legally allowed to sell. Listings must be accurate and not misleading. Mondolini reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or are inappropriate.
Photos & privacy
Listing photos must show the item itself. Photos in which people (especially children) are clearly identifiable are not allowed. If a person appears in the background, their face must be blurred or cropped out. Please photograph items without people in the frame whenever possible. Mondolini reserves the right to remove any photo that violates this rule and may suspend accounts that repeatedly upload identifiable images of people.
Transactions
Mondolini is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. All transactions (payment and delivery) happen directly between the parties involved. Mondolini does not process payments and is not a party to any sale.
User conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully with other users. You may share phone numbers with each other since Twint payments require them. Sharing other personal contact information (email addresses, external links) is not permitted for safety reasons. Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behaviour will result in account suspension.
Liability
Mondolini provides the platform as-is and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Mondolini is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers. Use the platform at your own risk.
Account termination
Mondolini may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
